Special Arrangements for Tropic Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal:
- If the Tropic Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before 8 a.m., the ceremony will be cancelled.
- If the Tropic Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the prize presentation ceremony, the ceremony will close within one hour of the announcement by the Hong Kong Observatory.
